Badminton BC Policy on Coaching During Tournaments

Badminton BC will incorporate the BWF rules differently according to events.

Badminton BC will adopt the new scoring system (3 x 21) for all Badminton BC sanctioned tournaments and recommend the changes for club level tournaments.

Badminton BC will also follow the BWF rules regarding coaching at the Open age category and Masters Competitions.

Badminton BC will implement the new Badminton Canada Coaching Policy for Field of Play in sanctioned events involving competition for age-group athletes (U19 /U17 /U15 /U13).
