4. HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE FIRST TIME FOR A MEMBERSHiP?

6. HOW LONG DOES IS MY MEMBERSHIP?

Membership is June 1st - May 31st each year and renewed annually on June 1st.

 

7. HOW DO I ACTIVAT MY ACCOUNT IF MY CLUB PURCHASED IT ON MY BEHALF?

If you need to log into your membership profile but not activated your account yet, email members@badmintonbc.com.  Within 48 hours you should receive an email with a Badminton Canada header or logo.  It is actually from Badminton BC and it will provide you with your membership ID#, login in name & temporary password.  It may end up in your junk, spam, updates or promotion folder.

This email will prompt you to "activate" or "generate" your account or profile.  If you get stuck feel free to email Member Services


 

8. HOW CAN I UPDATE MY CLUB OR INFORMATION | I CANNOT ACCESS A FIELD?

There are certain fields that only administrators to the database can change or update.  Two of those are your club or your birth date.  We know there is sometime movement as to where people play or practice.  Sometimes birthdates can be entered incorreclty.  It is no problem, email members@badmintonbc.com the change you need.  In the event it is a birthdate change, please also send an image of birth certificate or passport.



9. WHO CAN REQUEST CHANGES TO A MEMBERSHIP PROFILE?

For players under the age of 18 the request should come from the players parent or guardian otherwise the request should come directly from the player.  Requests for changes from coaches will not be processed.

11. HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTIONS?

  • Login into your membership account
  • Click on PROFILE on the left hand side of the screen.
  • Click on the ADDRESS INFORMATION tab
  • Scroll down to the Newsletter selections 
  • Click SUBMIT for save the changes
