On December 10th 2023, between 11:00pm and 3:00 am, Visual Reality will be performing major upgrades on our servers and network equipment. During this upgrade there will be a planned outage of about 30 minutes.

 

We are moving to bigger and faster servers, in order to ensure uptime and stability of the platform.

 

Services unavailable during the upgrade. Although during our normal maintenance there is normally no downtime, this is a major upgrade and our services will be unavailable during the upgrade.

 

These services include:

- Tournament website

- Admin website

- Online Tournamentplanner

- Boxladder system

- Result manager system

- API's

               

We will do our absolute best to complete this operation as fast as possible.

 

The Monday has been selected as on this day the least tournaments take place. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
