In advance of the requirements of bylaw 3.5, this is to announce the 60 day notice of the 2024 Badminton BC Annual General Meeting. Please note that the date has been changed from September 14th to September 21st. This year’s Annual General Meeting will be held at Vancouver Lawn Tennis & Badminton Club. The details are as follows:

Further, in accordance with bylaw 4.3, this is to notify the membership of the appointment of the Nominations Committee and a “Call for Nominations” to be received no later than 21 (twenty-one) days prior to the September 21st Annual General Meeting.
As per the Terms of Reference of the committee, the BBC Nominations Committee is responsible for presenting a slate of nominees to the members ensuring the Society is governed with excellence and vision. The Nominations Package can be found in the 2024 AGM Package above.
The completed nomination form must be submitted by email to nominations@badmintonbc.com, or by mail to Cambie RPO, PO Box 32046, Richmond, BC, V6X 3R9, before the deadline of 11:59 PM, PDT on August 28th, 2024.
